Series Update: Double Post Day

Today is going to be a double-post day since I didn't finish what I was going to post yesterday. I've decided I'm going to submit a page or two (maybe three) per post because trying to dedicate myself to an entire chapter per day is asking for a lot of me right now honestly. So hopefully 2-3 pages in one post per day will be alright with you all. I'm still going to title each post that is in the story so that you can follow a numerical order, but again, until I can get some things worked out in a more efficient way, a few pages per day is just going to have to suffice for now. Since I don't really have that many committed readers yet (considering this is only my second post) I'm sure you all won't be too mad at me. I promise, I'll make it up to you in no time.

That day, the first angel to appear to her after her departure from paradise presented himself.  Carrying the bag and band of water bottles did not prove as irritating as one might have thought. She was used to carrying different harvests of fruit and grain in the Oasis. Just because it was paradise did not mean she did not have her share of responsibilities. When the ties that bind create a line that doesn't know yet falls in place,  a woman's voice echoed in her ears as if she said it herself, causing her to pause for a second and look around.  "Hello?" she called out.
